Lenny
Lenny is from a mating with Balletcor American Patrol and Dutch Ch Fortins Black and Gold Tiger and his Limbonsnest Kennel.
Lenny first big show was the world show in Amsterdam 2018 where he was very successful taking best puppy in breed two days out of three and best dog puppy on the three. In the Speciality Show he followed his Best Puppy in Breed with a Fourth in a very big Group 1. The following week he visited Ireland where he took his first BoB at the Killarney Champ show. The following show was at the Pontadulais Agricultural where again he was placed Best of Breed.
In the UK Lenny was shown up to the end of 2018 where he collected more Open Show awards.
In 2019 he was part of the Balletcor team for the 2019 Crufts Breeds final where we showed a pure red team. Later in the year he was shown mostly in Ireland and on route won Junior classes to make him an Irish Junior Champion. Due to other advertising committments the kennel had Lenny and sister were not shown as much as we would have liked and with Corona Virus he has been not been shown in 2020.
Lenny has started stud career and has produced quality puppies which are all vWD clear and tested for DM when the dam is a Carrier. He has pups, now dogs in Eastern Europe and one shown in The Ukraine has raised comments from the judge saying the dog was the best he had seen of the breed. Another pup this time in Slovakia has become a Slovakian Grand Champion.
On the weekend of the 23rd of July 2022 at the Cork Agricultural show under Austrian judge Mr Peter F Berchtold Lenny was awarded his seventh Green Star to become a Champion. We are so proud of him.
Lenny’s generic disease profile is DM clear, vWD clear, EIC carrier and Fluff clear.
2021 Lenny covered a DM vWD clear girl which lead to a completed litter of ten puppies. One of these has now come to Balletcor and achieved her Irish Jun Champion title at Killarney 2022 All Breed Championship Show. She was also one part of our team for the team event and with Kim and Basil achieved places on the podium. Picture of Seren below.
2022 with Kim he achieved another ten puppies which currently can be seen in our puppy section. All puppies are DM and vWD clear by parentage.
